Hello HCCN PCMH Peer Group members,
For those of you that attended yesterday's HCCN Advisory Committee meeting,
this email is a follow up to a point re: NCQA PCMH that Roman (El Proyecto)
raised during the meeting.
As you may know, the last day to purchase NCQA PCMH 2011 survey tools is June
30, 2014. I looked through NCQA's website to see what they have right now to
help those that are still determining whether to purchase NCQA PCMH 2011 survey
tools before the deadline or to purchase the NCQA PCMH 2014 survey tools
instead. There was apparently a recent webinar addressing this; I am seeing if
NCQA has a recording available to share with us.
In the meantime, the following may help:

* NCQA does have a webinar series coming up covering the NCQA PCMH 2014
Standards & Guidelines. (I plan to attend this series myself.) It's a 2 part
series, with part 1 happening tomorrow (06/11/2014) from 11a-1p PDT, and part 2
happening one week after (06/18/2014) from 11a-1p PDT. More information on the
