Hello,

Since the version 10 upgrade the security settings in eCW might have got a 
little messed up. Only one administrator and each provider will have access to 
the MAQ Dashboard with their single sign-on. Until the issue is fixed, you can 
use the external link to sign into the MAQ Dashboard.

If you just got this setup, you might have to wait for all data to sync. In the 
past the data synced once a month. It might be a lot quicker by now.

Another thing is to check to make sure all of the Providers are documenting 
properly. Look at the measures with the lowest score and start from there.

Every case might be different so it is best to log a support ticket on the eCW

2.       What did you have to do to get your dashboard up and running?  Again I 
talked to eCW and mapped the MU Stage for each of my providers accordingly.  
They said I’d be good then but right now our dashboard is still not up-to-date 
yet; it’s only showing data from the beginning of the year.


3.       Any other suggestions/ advice would be great.  You can email me
