[ccalac_ecw_users] Question about MAQ Dashboard

Hello all,
I'm having some issues with the Meaningful Use - MAQ Dashboard in eCW and
hoping that you can help me out since several of you have mentioned that your
clinic had/ has some issues with this too.
1. I am a co-administrator in eCW system; however, I cannot access the
dashboard directly from my eCW account. I've contacted them and they said that
only the main administrator and providers have access to the dashboard at the
moment; so eCW gave me a link with their log-in and password to access the MAQ
instead. I'm not sure if any of your clinics is experiencing the same issue?
Were you able to fix it?
2. What did you have to do to get your dashboard up and running? Again I
talked to eCW and mapped the MU Stage for each of my providers accordingly.
They said I'd be good then but right now our dashboard is still not up-to-date
yet; it's only showing data from the beginning of the year.
3. Any other suggestions/ advice would be great. You can email me
directly instead of reply all.
