[cas_announce] PanSTARR comet

For those of you more interested in comet hunting than searching for
exoplanets, Comet PanSTARR will be visible around sunset Saturday. A good
place to view it will be from Fernald Preserve. They have an unrelated program
for that evening, so the gates will be open, and comet watchers are welcome.
As a CAS member, please be willing to engage the public in this event.
