Hope you can make it to the next "CAS 2nd Saturday".
And be sure to invite friends, family and your neighbors!

The Search for Other Earths

Saturday March 9
8:00pm

At the CAS Headquarters

Every 2nd Saturday the Cincinnati Astronomical Society
features area astronomers who bring you the Universe. CAS invites its members,
families, students, teachers and scouts - anyone with a sense of wonder
about our solar system, galaxy or the Universe.

The hunt for other
worlds around other stars has become one of the hottest research and
discovery projects in modern astronomy. Leading the search is NASA’s
Kepler mission. CAS President Terry Endres presents
the search for other earths..

Afterwards your fellow Society members will be on hand to answer all your
spacey questions, you can tour the CAS observatories and learn how telescopes
work, and you’ll view the night sky through CAS’s four large telescopes.
(Presentation held clear or cloudy.)

Have a telescope? Bring it along for expert help exploring the night sky.
