<CT> keyboard shortcuts

I've been installing calmira in a friend's computer with a troubled mouse, =
therefore making more use of the keyboard, and when I was setting up the va=
rious options I noticed some problems in the calmira settings dialogs.
In system properties and desktop properties some shortcuts don't work or ar=
e messed up.
In taskbar properties, additional/exclutions sections, the add/modify/remov=
e buttons are not acessible from the keyboard, not even cycling with the ta=
b key.
In start menu properties, all options are acessible cycling with the tab ke=
y, but there are options not acessible with a "letter" keyboard shortcut.
Is this known or have I done something wrong?
One other question:
Does anyone know a win3.x tv tuner driver? I have an aims Xtreme tv/radio t=
uner, and I wonder, as aims hasn't made any win3.x drivers, is there other =
bt848 chip drivers for win3.x that might work...
