Actually, No! Previously when you left clicked a file or folder to begin
dragging, you clicked the right button to modify the behavior of the drag
operation. In win9x to get the menu you must right click a file or folder and
begin dragging then when you drop the item the menu pops up so it is a bit
different. However I do like the idea of the menu and there no one saying
calmira can't pop up a similar menu when you right click rather than canceling
the operation though!
