[bvipilots] checking online ATC for Vatsim or Ivao

Hi,
For anyone who has done online flying with Vatsim or Ivao, how are you
checking the list of available controllers? I have vatspy, but the
interface isn't very useable. I have also tried Vroute, but that
interface doesn't seem to be accessible, unless I'm missing something.
Any help or suggestions would be apreciated.
