That is an IYP generated tone sequence that means there's a FATAL ERROR!
RE: why it opens up the folder sharing page
IYP assumes there's a SHARING or SECURITY ERROR causing the failure, and is
kind enough to facilitate the discovery process by opening the appropriate
page to commence your search for the cause.
