[bvipilots] Performing fuel loading operations before a flight.

Hi to all. 
If we do the following when our trusty copilot asks us to do so. 
Perform fuel loading operation, then why do we still be asked if we need the 
fuel trucks to come and refuel our tanks? 
Do we need to do both or is just perform fuel loading operations enough? 
Something to think about.
