[bvipilots] ItsYourPlane not giving me the message captain, ItsYourPlane, we're ready to go

Hi,
I’m getting an error when starting ItsYourPlane.
This happens after I hear the introduction message.
When it tells me what aircraft I have selected and what type of ATC is selected.
after that, I get the following error:
Error starting application - #0 in Timer1_Tick graphic 798 
Error: 0 - 
Procedure: ItsYourPlane.MainForm.Timer1_Tick
OK 
How should I go about fixing this?
I’ve tried restoring. that didn’t work.  I’ve tried uninstalling it and 
reinstalling it.
