When the program first runs, it asks if you can see the text of the dialog.
Saying no to this prompt enables BVI assistance and screen narrator.

There is a license transfer mechanism in place when the need (new
computer) arises.
You won't need to pay, unless you need it on two computers at the same

I didn’t think the license for MCE was computer specific. It doesn’t seem
to be tied to any sort of hardware ID, you can just copy the file they
give you to the new computer and it seems as though it should work.
