Hi All,
So I’ve been trying to fly for IYP virtual airlines lately, and running into
major performance issues with the VA panel. They actually seem to be endemic to
the IYP window as a whole. To put it simply, my screen readers lag horribly. I
can press a key sometimes and wait several seconds for any kind of response,
and this sluggishness persists as long as the IYP window has focus.
Since IYP isn’t officially being supported, I don’t know how much can be done
about this, but I’m still very annoyed. I’ve never encountered this kind of
behavior before. I should say that most of the IYP voice commands themselves
work just fine. Note that my machine has 6 GB of ram, and that I’m running with
all scenery, except AI traffic, at minimal.
Any info about how to deal with this would be greatly appreciated.
