A few days ago, I completely uninstalled IYP from my system and re-installed
the application using the data of an existing IYP BVI user who is experiencing
the online / offline problem. IYP installed perfectly and I could not
replicate the problem. I could switch back and forth without any issues.
Based upon the test I conducted, I do not believe this is an IYP bug. I
believe it is an environmental problem that will likely be difficult and time
consuming to track down. Thus, I will need the assistance of a user who is
experiencing this problem to work with me so that I can track down what is
going on. Keep in mind that this may take a considerable amount of Skype /
telephone time to uncover the problem. Ergo, please do not volunteer to work
with me unless you have sufficient free time to dedicate to resolve this issue.

So I wait for IYP to boot up, and it does. I say:
Switch to online mode, as it still says I'm in the offline mode. It took me out
of the sim and basically the command does not work. Why is this? Maybe this is
why I had problems with IYP VA today. I also want to get back into online mode
to attempt the tours.
