[bvipilots] BETA version 4.1.0.272 Now Available

Hi BETA testers,
BETA version 4.1.0.272 is now available.
I believe we're getting right down to the nuts and bolts now. I just
completed the Erie to Toronto flight, plus the additional IFR flights in
the Mooney Bravo, and everything worked perfectly. So, I'll be anxious to
have your results.
Thanks a lot for your help in wringing this version out.
