[bvipilots] ATR 72-500 FSX problem

I am getting an error that states Failed to Load Gross weight from the
Aircraft.CFG file for this aircraft above. It is a new problem that I did
not see with previous versions of IYP. I did try removing and letting the
Aircraft.CFG be remade by IYP, but I got the same result as last time,
above, when I tried to load the aircraft.
