I have a few things I'd like to add:

You all are amazing. Never before have we seen so much dedication from so many
people and I want to thank you all for that.

I also want to apologize. It has become pretty apparent over the last week that
I don't have quite as good a grip on things from an electronics standpoint as I
had originally perceived. This test was canceled solely due to my systems not
being ready; I fully understand that and take complete responsibility for it.
I'm going to be working non-stop over break to make sure we're ready to go the
minute we get back in January - on that you all have my word. Your hard work
this week will not be in vain and we will get this motor working in time for
hot-firing in the Spring. I have never been more proud of a team and never been
more disappointed in my own performance than at this moment. I have taken stock
of what went wrong and will be doing whatever it takes to ensure that I will
not be holding us back any further.

On another note, I also wanted to apologize for not being there to help clean
up this morning - a lot of which was my mess. I set several alarms this morning
for 9am but slept through all of them. I suppose that's a side effect of not
having slept for the 48+ hours beforehand but regardless, I should have been
there.

Thank you all for your hard work.

Sorry to let you down.

-Drew

Subject: [burpg] Test Scrubbed Tomorrow

What made Apollo successful was that they missed many intermediate deadlines to
do things properly to make the final deadline of landing a man on the moon by
the end of the decade. By taking the time to do it right, when they put it all
together it came out right and they were able to get aggressive at the end.

This is one of those times. We are going to scrub for tomorrow not out of
necessity but out of confidence. Electronics isn't consistent enough to justify
going out to Sudbury to have problems. The rest of the system is in great
shape. We'll come back to the wind tunnel at 10am and clean up for January.

We're going to take the time to get the electronics working properly over break
and we'll come back and try again at the beginning of January.

We're still on schedule if we can hot fire in February so I'm not that worried.

Thanks everyone for all of the hard work we've put in to build a great system
that is pretty much ready to go as soon as we get the electronics to control
it. The fact that everyone busted their balls this week means that we are
actually ready to go.

Best,
Armor
