Looking at the size list we will be needing 5 small sets and one Medium.
In stock I have 5 regs,
1 medium jacket and 3 small jackets.
4 small and one 12 l cylinder.
We therefore need the following kit returned for the two week period :-
The jacket that Marks son (Owen) is currently using (small Scubapro)
One of your (Andrew) cylinder.
The kit that Michael Oliphant is using (small jacket, cylinder and regs).
Michael knows this is needed.
We will then have all the necessary kit.

We are having a Try Dive for boys from Rutlish School both this Monday and 30
Jan (Tim - note we are sticking with the 2 days) Details of the students
doing the Try Dive are attached.
From previous emails we seem to have more than enough Instructors available,
which is great. Names I have are as below. Jenny and I are happy not to be in
the water but to help with dry side. If anyone else can’t now make it could
you please let me know asap.
As usual anyone who can help dryside and talking to parents and friends will be
helpful.
Tim – are we OK with enough kit, especially re the small jackets and fins?
Paul has got plenty of souvenir packs to hand out – Paul do you need
certificates printing or is that all OK?
George has offered to do photos but usually they are not permitted in the pool
when it open to the public. I will contact the manager again to see if we
can get a dispensation but they have been quite firm in the past.
Colin has agreed for his group to give these weeks a miss so hopefully that
will help with overcrowding.

These dates seem to work for us so happy to go ahead with those. I will need
details of shoe and "t-shirt" sizes in advance so that we can gather the right
size kit together. If you could get those to me sooner rather than later that

The intention would be to do about 6 try dives on each of the 2 weeks so the
numbers you quote seem to work ok. We will also need confirmation that none of

complete an Activity Consent form. I attach copies – if these can be completed

briefing. That should mean they can make the most of the pool time we have
from 21.00. Each participant must bring their own normal swimming togs and £1
coins for the lockers. They may also find it more comfortable if they have an
old T short to wear, though that is not essential. We have to be out of the
pool by 22.00 so, after changing etc, they should be ready to leave by about
22.30. A participants get an info pack and, if you let us have the names in
advance, a certificate. Family and friends are very welcome to watch from the
viewing gallery and will be able to talk to other club members.

What I'll do, if okay with you, is put a notice out to gauge interest but won't
give specific dates at the moment, just stating that arrangements will be as

head which pool you came to. We used to be at Banstead Leisure centre but when
they moved into their new premises earlier this year the new pool was useless
for scuba so we are now at Cheam Leisure Centre. Not that far away so
hopefully not a problem for you. Realistically we can cope with about 6 at a
time but could do multiple weeks or something if you had more than that. I am
off out of the country tomorrow for a couple of weeks so can't do anything else
at the moment but can sort something out when I get back. Realistically it is
