Thank you for attending our meeting to ratify the bylaws, whether in person
or by phone. We appreciate your participation!
Here are the next steps:
*1. Review the final Bylaws, attached here.*
*2. Vote to ratify the Bylaws by Monday, April 8th *with this google form
using your name:

This will not be a secret ballot vote, even though future votes of the
corporation will be.
*3. Plan to attend the First Annual Meeting of the Corporation on April
25th. *
At this meeting, the Steering Committee will reform as the Nominating
Committee and make nominations for the 7 Board of Director positions, who
will then be voted on by those present.
