There are two controls that each person will have. First, to mute yourself,
press 4 followed by star. If you are in a noisy location such as a train, a
Taylor Swift concert, or have children enjoying life around you, please be
considerate and keep yourself on mute when you are not speaking. Press 4 and
star again to un-mute yourself.
The second control you have is the hand-raising feature. To "raise your hand,"
press 5 followed by star. Everyone will have their turn to speak. The
conference host will be able to see who is raising their hand and can call on
them to speak in turn. If you are speaking out of turn, you will run the risk
of being muted by the conference host until it is your turn! Please note you
can also lower your hand by pressing 5 and star again. You can raise your hand
even if you are muted.
