Hello Katherine,
I applaud you for your work on the minutes but I wanted to share some comments.
As David stated you need to include full names as well as I would say the
meeting adjourned at the time and then at the end put Respectfully submitted
on the date by your name and your title. Usually in minutes at the beginning
it says Present: and the names and then the next paragraph is the meat of the
meeting. I would put info about practices and events in a separate paragraph
so it does not get lost with the other pertinent information. You need to keep
a hard copy in a binder and you can keep the electronic copies on the cloud or
on a thumbdrive and or in a folder for easy access by others who will need
access to the info .
