Hi Katherine-thanks for forwarding Draft notes.
Here’s some thoughts on revising for official documentation:
1. You should include first and last names for all participants in meeting
2. As far as noting the number of years that each director has been elected,
you should list them in chronological order, i. e. Three-year term board
members, two year term board members, one year term board members, including
first and last names so there is A clear record to follow for next year.
I hope you Will accept this as guidance rather than criticism, that is not my
intent. We are a work in progress and need to make sure that everything we send
out is a clear record.
Please send revised minutes to all of us on the board so that we can review
them.
If anyone on the board has any further revisions, please forward them to
Katherine.
