RETRACTION:
After some good guidance from my elders, I revisited the Riverfront Restaurant in Kingsport this morning and determined that the Orange-crowned Warblers that I saw were actually Palm Warblers.

===========
The Yellow-throated Warbler that Rick Phillips reported Nov 26, 2008, at the Riverfront Restaurant, was present and hanging around near the Palm Warbler.

Oak Hill Cemetery, Kingsport, Sullivan Co., TN - 9am
23 -  Pine Siskin
 2 - American Goldfinch
 1 - Cooper's Hawk
 1 - Sharp-shinned Hawk
No Merlin.

I belive this is the first time that I have seen a Cooper's and a Sharpie perched within sight of each other. They were about 100 yards apart. They might have been the reason the Merlin were not openly visible.
