Hi all,

I agree that this looks like a Red Phalarope.  The back of a Red-necked is
(in my experience) much more patterned, and this bird looks too stocky
(neck, body and bill) for a Wilson's or Red-necked.

The black stripe on the back of the neck matches up well, too (don't know if
that is diagnostic).
