These are not local plans that were mentioned. So I have no details. Only
that birders in West Tennessee were making plans of their own for a trip
to see the bird.

Bristol Birders,
Here is plans being made by a West Tennessee contingent to soon be on the
road and find the Harlequin Duck at Kingsport on Saturday -- just an indication
of what a prime birding target this bird is. If you are local in the region
and don't see this bird, you must either have far different priorities or
standing asleep with your binoculars on your chin.

rear deck of Riverfront Restaurant on Netherland Inn Road at noon today.
