Wallace Coffey received the TOS 2009 Distinguished Service Award for his 50 
years of participation and work.
His list of jobs and other services to TOS is four pages long, so I will not 
list them.
He deserves this award and the thanks of all TOS members.

Congratulations Wallace on a job well done.
