May 3, 2005 Greeneville I found a Common Nighthawk this evening in town, my first of the year. This morning, at home and on my way to work, I also found a nice little wave of birds, including Great Crested Flycatcher (3); Ruby-crowned Kinglet; Wood Thrush; Gray Catbird; White-eyed Vireo (3); Red-eyed Vireo (4); Blue-winged Warbler (on Crum Street); Black-throated Green Warbler; Yellow-rumped Warbler (4); Blackburnian Warbler (on Crum Street); Blackpoll Warbler (on Crum Street); Hooded Warbler (2); Kentucky Warbler (on Crum Street); Scarlet Tanager; Indigo Bunting (3); Chipping Sparrow; White-throated Sparrow (3).
