[Bristol-Birds] Birders arrive early for Natural Tunnel State Park birding weekend.

As early as mid-afternoon Friday, birders from across the region began to
gather for
the Bristol Bird Club's 10th Annual Birding Weekend at Natural Tunnel State
Park north
of Gate City in Scott County, VA. Some are camping, some staying at the
lodge. Several
lingered well into the evening before chasing a thunderstorm home. Still
others have made
arrangements to come early Saturday and Sunday to provide field trips for the
public and
help BBC celebrate the annual International Migratory Bird Day which is being
staged
by birders throughout the Western Hemisphere. Field trips begin daily at 8:30
a.m.
