Today (May 17, 2002) Carol and I birded Steele Creek Park on bikes =
taking the dam trail and road to the Nature Center. We got 27 species =
and had a GREAT time. The highlights include one lifer for Carol - =
Summer Tanager and a first park sighting for me - Great Crested =
Flycatcher. Others were: Killdeer, E. Phoebe and Brown Thrasher.
We also met Todd the new naturalist at the Nature Center. Everyone =
should stop by and met Todd, he seemed to be a very good birder and a =
nice young person.

Good birding
