More accessible than weapon master mode. You still won't know what's going on plot wise since its still all in text, kind of a shame the guy that used to do SC faq's died, he used to write out the entire text of each plot and what the choices were and the like. Did some MK faq's as well. But its accessible in that you don't have to pick locations to go or anything like that, its more like a choose your own adventure book. ----- Original Message ----- From: Søren Jensen To: brandonslist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, May 07, 2008 8:51 AM Subject: [brandon's list] Re: soul calibur II and weapon master Hi. Is the storyline accesible in SC3? I might actually pick up sc 3. amazon's got it for about 15 bucks, which is pretty good ----- Original Message ----- From: Shadow Dragon To: brandonslist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, May 07, 2008 8:38 AM Subject: [brandon's list] Re: soul calibur II and weapon master Actually unlocking new weapons is one of the more advanced mechanics of the games. They're not just for show, they actually add damage, attack, defense, guard-breaking, and several other things to the game so selecting a good weapon can sometimes be the difference between winning and losing a battle. But it doesn't really matter since weapon master mode is kind of boring unless you can read the plots, and maybe a little inaccessible. ----- Original Message ----- From: Liam Erven To: brandonslist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, May 07, 2008 3:31 AM Subject: [brandon's list] soul calibur II and weapon master anyone have any success with this, or should I not bother. I'm sure unlocking weapons really doesn't matter. and besides unlocking other characters, I don't see if there's a point.
