[BNU] "The process cannot access the file" message when downloading from Blind Mice Movie Vault

Hi all,
Every time I try to download a film from the Blind Mice Movie
Vault, I get the message, "The process cannot access the file
because it is being used by another process." Does anyone know
what, if anything, I might change so that I can move forward with
the download?
