Dear BrailleNote Users,
I have some questions about ordering the battery for the Apex.
Yesterday I called Humanware and spoke to a customer service
representative about this. She told me that the batteries are
priced at fifty dollars plus twenty for shipping and handling.
How long nes it take for custerms to get their batteries? Do they
take checks when you place orders? Please respond as soon as
possible.
