Hello:This message has almost made me insane. Humanware Tech Support has not had an answer better than erasing the entire KeyMail program.
I discovered one on my own just a month ago. MY KeyMail In-Box was crowded with mail that had attachments - moving the attachments out of KeyMail and erasing them from the In-Box cured the problem.
It looks as if KeyMail keeps attachments in a folder with little links to the email messages, without erasing both the attachments and the emails linked to them the KeyMail program gives up.
Best of luck. Sometimes I can access email and other times I cannot. Can't use the browser at all. -------------------------------BNU: BrailleNote Users - a forum for users of BrailleNote family of products from Humanware.
