Hello All,Well, thanks to Alex's suggestion, I have just ordered a product at Amazon. When you go to the amazon website, first disable scripting, then go the link that says amazon full site, and you can then search for a product place it in your cart and complete the check out process. I also found, that by having scripting turned off, that the Bard downloads work better. I downloaded a magazine very quickly, but I have noticed that it depends on the size of a book, as to whether or not it can download it. I can now say, that I am pleased with this upgrade and look forward to installing it on my clients note takers.

Greg
said that this setting often makes something work much better. On 7/24/13, robert stigile <rstigile@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: Hello All,Well, after upgrading two Braillenotes to ks 9.3 I have found the
following on both machines. First, even though Greg Stilson mentioned that Amazon has been worked on, and that if you go to full site, it will work, but this is not true on these two machines.Every time I try I am able to log in and search for an item, even
though it is very slow, but when I try to check out it locks up and I have to reset. The second issue I have found, is that I can go to bard, log in and find a book, but when I try to download it, it is very sluggish, so last night when I tried to download a book, after a half an hour, it was still at 7 percent, so I escaped out. It seems as if these two issues still need some work. I do however like the fact that when you go to a website you no longer have the security dialog, and I like the ability to convert a pdf without having to go to the file manager. So, all in all, there are many things I like about the upgrade, I
just think there are a couple of areas that need work. Thanks, Robert Stigile phone: 818-381-9568 e-mail: rstigile@xxxxxxxxx Skype: robertstigile1 Twitter: rstigile -------------------------------BNU: BrailleNote Users - a forum for users of BrailleNote family of products
