You can try doing a factory reset. Be sure to back up all of your files in
the Internal Storage before you do as they and all of your apps will be
wiped out. Go to the Android Settings under the Options menu and then to
Backup and Restore. You want to choose the factory data reset option.

Hello,
I'm having serious issues with my BN touch.
It's very slow to respond at times, and freezes frequently.
It also shuts down, and won't boot unless plugged into power.
It's done this when the battery is at 96%, or close to full charge.
Also, its been struggling to speak, (speech stutters, this issue is
random.") Apps say they've "stopped" a lot.
What can I do?
