Hello,
I'm having serious issues with my BN touch.
It's very slow to respond at times, and freezes frequently.
It also shuts down, and won't boot unless plugged into power.
It's done this when the battery is at 96%, or close to full charge.
Also, its been struggling to speak, (speech stutters, this issue is random.")
Apps say they've "stopped" a lot.

What can I do?
