nimas.cfg contains the line "semanticFiles nimas.cfg". The line
"semanticFiles nimas.sem,xxx.sem" in the configSettings string overrides
this. If no semanticFiles setting is given liblouisutdml looks for a
semantic file with the same name as the root element of the document and
the extension .sem
