[brailleblaster] Literary and Computer Hyphens

YHour opinions would be appreciated on the subject of literary and
computer hyphens. Right now they are fixed strings in both liblouisxml
and liblouisutdml They should probably be configurable, but I';m
uncertain how that might work in various languages. The literary hykphen
is simply the ASCII hyphen (-) and the computer hyphen is the ASCII
characters _& How might these be different in other languages?
