[brailleblaster] Fixed bug in computer Braille

Things like <a href="http://www.abilitiessoft.com";>abilitiessoft.com</a>
should now work properly. Note that this was a bug in liblouis, so you
will have to update your copy of the liblouis repository and then
recompile. liblouisutdml is unaffected.
