Hello Pele,
I didn't mean to imply or infer that you were complaining at
all.Sorry if my message led you to feel that.
Like you, and many other braille sense users, I think it is an
invaluable tool, and really enjoy many of its features.
I haven't had enough experience to know whether support is
problematic here in the UK, I'll have to wait and see. Certainly
lists like this one are excelent resources.
