I just go into OB do Ctrl.O and it asks which file to open. Then I either
type in the name or go hunt it Shift-tableft, and look down the list of files
until I find it. I save them in the Books folder, so I usually go to the file
list, hit b for Books until it goes to that folder, usually twice, hit enter,
and then look for the file. If I find it I usually press enter or tab over to
open, but you don't have to do that. Then I am at the top of the last page I
have read.
