I haven't been able to subscribe to that list!  I've tried, but can't 
seem to get on it again since I changed addresses from my Earthlink to 
Comcast!

Phyllis, did you also send this to
bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?  This is the kind of
thing that goes there, supposedly, and if you send it
to both places more people might see it and be able to
help.  I think the administrators read both lists,
though, and they're possibly the ones to best answer
the question.
