Hi Diane,
What has happened here is that although you didn't get the download the
Bookshare system thinks you did. What you need to do is go to the "Step 2
upload" page. There you will look for the title of your book and below that
you will find two links, upload and release. Click release, then go to the
step 2 download page and search for the book again. When you click on the
download for that book you will be taken to a "book information page" After
downloading the book don't close that page until you're sure the download
has worked. If it doesn't work and that page is still open you can hit
download again without going through the whole process of releasing and
downloading again.
