Monica,
I don't know what state you live in, but I bet the state out west that you
refer to is Utah. We seem to do Braille support for many states. By the
way, I am an NLS member, and I like both services. I tend to get hard copy
Braille through NLS, but I haven't read a recorded book in quite a while.
