Well, I just spoke to someone whose MS Word assures them that their long
synopsis is 475 words long, but she is still getting an error about it being
too long when she tries to upload the book. A glitch in there somewhere.

All I can tell you is that I tried uploading the book 3 times. I got an
error about the long synopsis being too long each time. I had to continue
shortening it until the system would take it. I don't know how it determined
that the synopsis was too long. I just know that the fourth upload attempt
went through with no error message.
