As long as your files show up on the Bookport, you should be good to go. Sometimes you do have to disconnect and then reconnect the BP for the files to show up on the PC. It's the quirkiness... the nature of the computer. They can act strangely. Everything is fine. Then I'd delete those files and put them in via windows explorer without the transfer protocol. Just make sure you create a folder for those audio files first. You can transfer audio files to the bookport without having to go through the transfer protocol of the unit. Just create the folder in windows explorer or my computer, and paste in the files.
