I tried reinserting the card.

Is there a way of going to the setup file on the card. I am hitting the number 8 key and receiving some kind of feedback through the headphones.

I am not sure whether it ceased functioning because of any possibility of the battery going flat or a firmware update.

I have inserted new batteries in to the unit, taken one battery out and put it back after thirty seconds. I have tried to reset the unit a number of times without success.

Added to this windows won't recognise the bookport.

I am using windows xp which shouldn't be a problem.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
