In the case of Book Share, you can send both the BRF file and the OPF files to
the Book Port, but they must be unpacked first.

Robert,
This was not a web page. It was a book that I downloaded from bookshare.
I had to copy the hml file and make it a txt file before book port would
accept it.
I guess not all .hml files are the same.
