Jeanette, Press the star and zero keys together to back out of whatever
folder you're in. When you choose the folder you want, press zero and pound
together to enter it. Not sure what the volume problem is but you might try
resetting the unit by pressing 2 and B together. Lou

So two problems:
I forget how to toggle between folders (I'm stuck in a folder and I can't get
out of it to the main folder menu with my various folders in it) and my
bookport is very very quiet, and I do know how to raise the volume and that's
not working.
Advice?
