[bookport] sending a daisy 2 file to book port

Hello everyone.
I used IRTI's Eclipse writer to create a daisy 2 book,and opened it in Book Wizard Reader.
Book Wizard Reader appears to see the book fine, but when sending it to book port from the file menu, it only appears to send the headings. 

Does anyone have any ideas?
